- Refined flour – 140 grams
- Butter – 75 grams
- Castor Sugar – 75 grams
- Milk – 25 grams
- Almond – 20 grams
- Cream toghther butter and sugar.
- Now add flour just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
- Add Milk and mix.
- At last add chopped almonds
- Roll in butter paper, lock the sides and keep in fridge.
- Cut into 6-8 mm slices.
- Arrange in baking tray and bake.
- Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15mins.
