- Almond powder – 62.5 grams
- Icing Sugar – 100 grams
- Egg whites – 50 grams
- Castor sugar – 20 grams
- Beat egg whites and castor sugar toghther until soft peaks are formed
- Mix almond powder and icing sugar and put to egg whites mixture.
- Line the baking tray with silicon sheet.
- Put the mixture in piping bag and pipe it.
- Allow enough space b/w the cookies
- Keep aside for resting 15-20 mins.
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins.
